We do require that you provide us with a reference photo therefore, we are able to have more of an idea of what you would like us to create for you.

All products are made to order, meaning each product has to be customized per your specific request regarding length, density, and lace size.

Processing Time: 14-21 business days + chosen shipping method time (Monday-Friday), no shipping on the weekend dolls. Because of the high demand for our wigs shipping may or may not take 14-21 business days to receive your wig. To ensure that your wig comes on time, place your order base on the shipping timeframe of 14-21 business days. However, if you have a certain date you need your wig by, please contact us before placing your order to make your wig will make it in time. orders cannot be returned/exchanged but modifications are always possible, some add-ons Will be charged. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL WIG ORDERS ARE FINAL.
