Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country; we have no control over such charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information regarding any taxes or duties for which you would be liable.
ORDER PROCESSING
PLEASE NOTE: Once products have been shipped, I am not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, I am not responsible for any delay/non-receipt of package due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an address other than the billing address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Just Brys has the right to decline an order and issue a refund at our sole option. Confirmation of billing may be required and customer can/will be contacted via email to complete.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order on PRODUCTS ONLY, email Just Brys at sale@justbrys.com Please, make sure to include your order number in the email.
We do not ship on weekends, holidays, and in the occurrence of a natural disaster. Below is a holiday calendar that the usps and Just Brys follows.
2022 Post Office Holidays
Below is a list of the 2022 post office holidays. Mail will not be delivered or sent on these days so plan accordingly. It is very important to pay close attention to the information below because many of the days that you might expect the USPS to be closed or open aren't always as you expect. Feel free to use this 2022 USPS holiday quick reference guide or calendars at the bottom of the page. The last thing you want is to expect the mailman to pickup an important package only to find out it is a post office holiday.

- Martin Luther King Jr. birthday: Monday, Jan. 17
- Presidents’ Day: Monday, Feb. 21
- Memorial Day: Monday, May 30
- Juneteenth National Independence Day: Monday, June 20 (observed because June 19, the date of the newest federal holiday, falls on a Sunday)

BACKORDERS
Rare, but if a backorder occurs on your item(s); you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will immediately ship item(s) upon arrival. To add, we will contact you by email with the estimated arrival date. If we are unable to ship the backordered item(s) in a reasonable length of time of 7 to 10 business days, we will contact you immediately and offer you an option of a full payment
